What's Included In Your Villa Inspection
Our Premium Villa Inspection is a comprehensive assessment designed to give you a detailed overview of your villa’s condition and ensure that the property has been completed properly and to an acceptable standard. The inspection covers key areas of the villa, including: - Overall build quality - Visible defects and construction issues - Electrical systems - Plumbing and water pressure - AC units - Leaks and waterproofing - Pool condition - Mold and moisture - Doors, windows, and finishes - Furniture and equipment - Photographic documentation of findings - Detailed recommendations for required attention - Classification of issues as Critical, Major, or Minor You’ll receive a detailed inspection report with photos, findings, and recommendations, giving you a clear overview of any issues that require attention or correction. PRICE: USD $425–$735, depending on the scope and level of inspection required for the property. Report Delivery: The completed inspection report will be delivered within a maximum of 96 hours (4 days) after the inspection is completed. Ideal for villa owners and investors who want an independent and detailed assessment to make sure their newly built property has been completed properly and that any issues are identified before they become bigger problems.
Booking Policy
Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and reliable inspection service, please review the following before booking: 1, Booking Window All villa inspections must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. We recommend confirming the inspection time directly with your villa agent before submitting your booking with The Key Bali. 2, Booking Information Required When booking, please include: Villa address Agent’s name, phone/WhatsApp number, and email Any special access instructions Please ensure all desired add-on services are selected before checkout. Only services purchased at the time of booking will be completed during the inspection. 3, Rescheduling & Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled inspection at no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as resources and scheduling have already been allocated. If your villa agent cancels or changes the inspection time, we’ll work with you and the agent to reschedule your inspection to a suitable time at no extra cost. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email using the details in your booking confirmation. 4, Late Bookings & No-Shows Bookings made less than 6 hours in advance may be declined or rescheduled at our discretion. If our inspector arrives and cannot access the property due to missing or incorrect agent details, the booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. 5, Completed Inspections Once an inspection has taken place and the report and video have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and no refunds are available. 6, Final Confirmation After receiving your booking, The Key Bali will contact the villa agent directly to confirm access and availability. Your inspection is only confirmed once the agent has granted access for the requested time.
