Before committing to your Bali villa lease, make sure you know exactly what you’re getting. Our comprehensive villa inspection service includes a detailed on-site assessment covering: • Structural condition and build quality • Overall livability and interior design • Garden and exterior maintenance • Amenities and functionality • Wi-Fi performance and speed • Pool temperature and water quality • Daytime noise and local traffic levels • Water pressure and plumbing • Air-conditioning efficiency • Security, lighting, and access The on-site inspection itself takes around 30 minutes, excluding travel and reporting time. Booking Policy
Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and reliable inspection service, please review the following before booking: 1, Booking Window All villa inspections must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. We recommend confirming the inspection time directly with your villa agent before submitting your booking with The Key Bali. 2, Booking Information Required When booking, please include: Villa address Agent’s name, phone/WhatsApp number, and email Any special access instructions Please ensure all desired add-on services are selected before checkout. Only services purchased at the time of booking will be completed during the inspection. 3, Rescheduling & Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled inspection at no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as resources and scheduling have already been allocated. If your villa agent cancels or changes the inspection time, we’ll work with you and the agent to reschedule your inspection to a suitable time at no extra cost. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email using the details in your booking confirmation. 4, Late Bookings & No-Shows Bookings made less than 6 hours in advance may be declined or rescheduled at our discretion. If our inspector arrives and cannot access the property due to missing or incorrect agent details, the booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. 5, Completed Inspections Once an inspection has taken place and the report and video have been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and no refunds are available. 6, Final Confirmation After receiving your booking, The Key Bali will contact the villa agent directly to confirm access and availability. Your inspection is only confirmed once the agent has granted access for the requested time.
